If you need to re-download your purchased file—whether you've misplaced it after downloading or want to access the latest updated version—you can follow the steps below.
You don’t need to purchase the products again to gain access to the updated versions.
If You Purchased As A Member:
- Log Into Your Ko-Fi account
- Go to your Payments & Orders
- Find the item you want to re-download and click View Details
- Click View Content and the download link for the file will pop up
If You Purchased As A Guest:
If you made your purchase without an account, the easiest way to retrieve your file is to check the email address you used during checkout. Look for the order confirmation email, which will include a link to the order details page where you can download your file.
