Sorry for the vagueness here, we’re writing down a list of everything we’ve found to cause LUA plugins like Snap Captions to not install.
Found Issues
Having Discord open
Having a network drive (usually Synology Hard drives) connected to computers on launch
Having more than 3 windows open on the same desktop
Installed Resolve Via Apple App Store (and not direct from black magic)
Running DaVinci Resolve as an Admin
Having accented or special characters in your username (the name you set when logging into a computer).
