REASON:
Snap Captions couldn’t auto-install because the original file was either missing, inaccessible, or there was an issue with finding the file path in the code.
SOLUTION:
- When pressing the install button, make sure Snap Captions is in the same folder and hasn’t moved
- Try moving the your the folder (with everything in it) to a general area like desktop or downloads (move it out of a secure protection area). THEN close your console and Snap Captions (if open), and try installing again
- If that fails, you may have to manually install
