That link is missing something

Your download link has a long unique code in it, and this one arrived without it, or with only part of it. Usually that means the link wrapped onto two lines in the email and only half of it came through.

Worth trying first

Go back to your purchase email and click the Download for Mac or Download for Windows link directly, rather than copying and pasting it. That way the whole thing comes along.
