REASON:
Snap Captions tried to generate captions with no text+ templates in the Snap Captions bin.
Here’s an overview video of how Snap Captions Bins Work.
SOLUTION:

Make sure the caption template you have in your Snap Captions bin is a Text+, and not a Text.
If you want some ready to go caption templates, here are a few I’ve created.

SOLUTION:

For Snap Captions to work, you need to have a bin named Snap Captions in your Master bin with at least one text+ template inside.
It is case sensitive, so make sure that the bin is named exactly Snap Captions
Snap Captions will only recognize the Text+ elements that are directly in the Snap Captions bin, so:
- Do not create additional bins within the Snap Captions bin; the plugin will not recognize templates placed inside sub-bins.
- Ensure the Snap Captions bin is placed directly inside the Master bin, not within any other bins.
