REASON:
User tried to install Snap Captions without the utf8 file beside it in the same folder. For Snap Capotions to install automatically, we need to have both of these files in the same folder:
SOLUTION:
Replace both files in same folder, if you can’t find them, you can redownload Snap Captions again.
