Solution 01 - License Key File Is Blocking New Activation.

The most common fix for this issue, is to directly delete the file containing your license key. Here’s how to do this.

Step 01 - Locate where your license key is stored.

For Mac

Right click in finder

→ Go To Folder

→ Paste this in

~/Library/Application Support/SnapPod

For Windows

Go to this file location

C:\ProgramData\Blackmagic Design\DaVinci Resolve\Support\Workflow Integration Plugins\snap-pod-data

Step 03 - Open Snap Pod and Re-Enter License Key

Once you’ve deleted this file, the next time you open Snap Pod, it should prompt you to re-enter your license key.

  • Re-open Snap Pod
  • You should now be prompted to ad your license key back into Resolve.
